      First time going thru them, process smooth but the customer service is bad. They will run you up like you the only customer. I paid off within 2 months got another installment but before it was paid off my car was totaled, they procrastinated getting the proper paper work to the insurance company, I had to call corporate then they wrote it for way more than what I owed, . They waited and waited to illegally had late fees or such other fees, and to run up the balance on the loan instead of promptly providing what was need to the insurance company so that they could pay them and myself. Called me for a payment knowing the car was totaled and had the nerve to get rude attitude with me, I did my part by telling my insurance about the loan but I had to call corporate them, I guess if I hadn't of called corpthey would of kept waiting till fees ate up my part of the insurance check I'm pretty sure that's not legal, but good luck to any future prospects.
