33 years in the business and I have had an escrow officer , Mark givens, drop the ball, not return phones , not respond to my emails and call the seller direct to discuss subjects that have nothing to do with him. We asked him for a pretty simple task to complete and he was not capable. As a veteran agent I would recommend using anybody but this clown. FYI, your suppose to be a unbiased third party. You might want to review your standards of practice. You will never touch one of my files again.
