  Very Unprofessional the "owner" skip doesn't know how to treat customer's. I went to a car lot where I was approved for a auto loan with tkbt. During the original process no one never told me when my due date was going to be due every month, I tired calling tkbt several times to get the due date no one would answer or the phone number would be disconnected, Finally when I called in to make a payment, got a hold of skip and he told me what my due date was I explained that the selected will not work for me and explained he will take care of it and to send him an email explaining why. So I did as instructed and sent him a email a and never heard back from him so I called and spoke with the receptions who had no idea what I was speaking in reference too . She explained skip was in a meeting and to call back. I called the next day and there was no answer. I called today and skip was there Once he got on the phone he had a verrryyyy aggressive tone! I explained i emailed him a month and never heard back and wanted to know whats going on with the change, He stated he emailed the owners and haven't heard back, I explained its becoming irritating because I did my part as a customer and asked if he has direct contact with them other than sending an email, He started screaming so loudly where someone on the other side of the room I was sitting in heard him he went on to tell me he has better s*** to do then to deal with me!!! Then hung up!!! WOWWW I am CUSTOMER not his friend his tone was horrible I will be filing a complaint with the governs office consumer affairs!! IF YOU HAVE AN ENCOUNTER WITH THIS COMPANY RUNNNNNN!!!!
