      Lost the car title and were unable to even find that he had had an account with them. Website said they were open but they were still closed 45 minutes later .... even though there were employees visible through the window. Engaged another customer before finishing with the customer who had asked to have a lein cleared. Since they lost the info on the prior account, the employee said she did not know what to do so she went on to the next customer without providing an answer to the first. The DMV required the lein be clered so the customer could order a new title ..... to replace the one TLC lost.
