  First time going to quick cash, needed a small load but was unsure if I was going to be able to obtain one, I came inside was greeted by Brittany and after talking with her she got me a loan and had me on my way. Very professional and staff are very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will go back if I need another loan in the future

  Absolutely horrible! And it wasn’t at first Brittany is the worst and would not ever deal with her to save my life. A little backstory here .. My keys were stolen to my moving van from this location by a customer. Probably thinking the keys were theirs. I waited for upper management to come in on Monday to review footage to see who took the keys. Even though the place is secured like Fort Knox with cameras ..they cannot locate who took my keys. Then Brittany promptly tells me that I will have to have my van gone by tomorrow. Let me put this in perspective..I just moved to Nashville. To get another set of keys would require me to get back to Knoxville. Brittany is unwilling to help me get an increase on my loan. Their security system doesn’t mesh with my banks so I can’t complete decision logic to get the increase. Even tho they offered me 700 to begin with and I only took 600 , she is once again unwilling to help. So now I’m about to lose everything in my moving van bc of this woman. I do no recommend on any level. They claim to be good people and a family owned business. Not with Brittany in management!! Horrible lady!

Management reviewed our footage and were unable to determine where or when your keys were lost. As far as vehicles left in our parking lots for an extended period of time, at some point this becomes a store security issue, and typically we have them towed within 24 hours.
