  Buying a house in Austin in this current market is challenging to say the least. I went through six offers and had to consider all sorts of financing scenarios. Todd Kurio was fantastic (as promised by my Realtor). He was extremely patient, responsive, and helpful in every way. I ultimately won a bidding war on the house I bought because of his reputation and we were able to close with lightning speed to meet the seller's condition. I also ran the terms of my loan by my previous broker in another state who told me I couldn't have gotten better financing terms. Very happy with the experience and feel lucky to have had his expertise in my court. Call him!

  I worked with Todd recently during the purchase of our first home and his help and expertise made the process easy and pain free. He was willing to spend as much time chatting as I needed in order to understand the pros and cons of the various options. Once we found the right house Todd and his staff were willing to move at a fast pace and helped us get closed in 22 days! I will definitely call Todd first for my future mortgage needs and would recommend him to anyone looking at a re-fi or new mortgage!

  My wife and I used Todd on our recent home purchase and we could not have been happier with Todd and the whole Capstar team! They were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, so much so in fact that I commented to wife towards the end of the process that "should it really be this easy?". My realtor even remarked that he thinks Todd put us over the top when competing with another buyer for the same house because Todd's work was so thorough. We would definitely recommend Todd and Capstar to anyone looking for a mortgage.
