      Working with Todd was a great experience from our very first phone call. He walked me through the entire process, asked a lot of questions to understand my situation, and I felt very comfortable trusting him with my refi. He is very responsive, knowledgable, and has great communication skills. Also, he is extremely enthusiastic and personable, which made it easy for me to reach out with questions. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know.

      This was my worst closing /experience I have ever has. His team is dealing with one other person. This is not a team. I always try to us someone local but never again. 8 months of being told we are working on it. Then screwed up the entire thing. He did not listen was not helpful I suggest you look somewhere else. He could not get the amount I wanted right. Do not use him!!! Worst experience I have had to deal with. Do NOT use him and his team. Save yourself from having the worst experience.
