They took an auto pay from my account twice this month! I went in to get it fixed but the ladies there, seemed clueless and unconcerned. Took three of them and a very long wait and still nothing. I had to keep explaining, over and over. They didn't seem to understand what I was saying (English is my only language) I've had other issues here but keep giving them a chance to 'get it right'. Time for me to close other accounts here, just pay off the loan and move on. Customer service is some of the worst I've seen. They're nice but just don't know what they're doing, if it's something other than a deposit or withdrawal.
