My family and I have been with Purina for 7 years. We came to join when my spouse became employed with Purina/Nestle. Our experience has been very positive. Excellent customer service, very personal, easy to speak with a live person, and low fees. We have had 3 auto loans with Purina and have received excellent rates. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PURINA CREDIT UNION IF YOU LIVE IN THE STL area. Con: Not multiple locations and limited to the MO/IL states.

the automated system is horrible every weekend you are on hold for over an hour, I would not recommend the credit union if you use your card for transactions I am highly disappointed and I will be closing my account and moving to another credit union.... no star from me

I would honestly have to say--skip them as an auto loan company. American Eagle Credit Union (Together bought them out) gave me a great auto loan and percentage. Together CU is horrible. Skip and find a Credit Union that actually cares and works with their clients. When it's time for another loan--Together will never be a choice for me.
