  These ratings must be from a people that work in that office!! I can not stand Linda!! She is nasty and rude!! Standing in line, you can hear people utter how they can't stand her. This person has been nothing short of a horror story for me. One, I came to take money out of MY account and her words were, "Ugh, I can't stand when they come in here and take all their money out". Why is this her business what people use their money for. Second, I was going to get gap insurance for my car here but decided not to do so. Every time, I got my credit report, I kept seeing a $20,000 car loan on my report from this conpany!! Spoke with her, she says, "well it's not going to affect your score because it looks like it's in good standing". WtH??? The loan never happened so why was it there. I wanted it off and had to call the main office to get it taken off my credit report. Finally, I had a credit card there and was making all payments on the card lo and behold, the card was cut off. When I spoke to her again, she said, " Oh your credit score had dropped below 600 so it was cut off" I said, "my score is above 600" She said it wasn't when I last saw it I spoke with a relative to find out was she always this way and the person said yes. They had their share of problems. I dont know what they were but I am sure some of her spitefulness towards me is due to her experiences with my family member. I have never had these experiences with any one else I spoke to a credit company that said, if they cut your card off do not pay. It already looks bad on my credit report because they closed the account. Recently, someone has used my debit card and I am still trying to find out if they will cut the card off. Someone in another office said it " may be" off but will not tell me for sure until I talk to someone from their collections department!! That place is a nightmare!!! I know many of you love them because this is a company you work for but run!! Go to Navy Federal or use some other bank with high interest rates on savings accounts. Get your kids to show you how to use apps such as: Acorns, Robinhood or Betterment .
