      Called to ask about when title search would be done and asked what was the process and why it would take 6 to 8 weeks on a cash deal. Was NOT upset at this point. The lady says sir I know your upset I can ask if we can do anything, I begin to tell her I am not upset at all just don’t understand the process so I was asking. Before I could get that out if my mouth some other lady snatched the phone from her and with a very rude obnoxious attitude begin to tell me it was a 6 to 8 week process no matter if I was paying cash or not.blah blah blah. I just hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and rude.

      Toledo Bend Title stated the title commit on the home I am purchasing would be completed NLT 6/30/2021, it did not happen. Today, 7/6/2021 I am being told that they do not know when it will be completed. You have those organizations that rise to meet challenges then you have those (like this one) who find excuses when they fail to deliver. I would not recommend Toledo Bend Title, in fact the selling agent requested the use of another title company in another county because of the issues that I have encountered.
