  I had a unique situation and was told to reach out to Tom. My first thought was that this guy is probably just another lender looking close to a deal. Let me start by saying it was more like hitting the lottery. Tom took my situation and made it seem so easy. From the first phone call to the end, Tom was very prompt, courteous, and he kept me updated every step of the way. Toward closing, we had a hiccup. Closing got shifted to the weekend. I thought, who was going to respond on the weekend? Tom was right there and made it happen. I couldn't have been happier. It was one of those rare moments when someone treated you like a person and not another number. If you're looking for a great refinance experience, reach out to Tom. Highly recommended!!!

In several instances he went above beyond to help. He took time to answer all my questions, evaluate several scenarios, and get me the best value for my situation.
