While chatting with coworkers one day, I put my finger on my engagement ring to spin it as I usually do while talking! I immediately realized that my diamond was gone! That ring has been on my finger 31 years, and I was extremely upset. I called my husband in tears while my coworkers looked for my diamond. Once the diamond was found, I didn’t know what to do next. Since we don’t have a traditional Jewelry store in town, I was trying to call jewelry shops in a neighboring town when a coworker said “Call Tom’s.” I had never thought of that, but after a quick call, I was at Tom’s with my ring and my diamond. A week later I proudly had my newly repaired, shiny diamond engagement ring back on my finger where it belonged! The folks were friendly and helpful and the service was superior!
