  I’m 37 year commercial airline pilot with American Airlines. And my wife is a retired 33 year flight attendant. We reside in The villages in Central Florida. Until now I’ve done my own taxes over the years. But due to a sale of some previously owned property taxes became a little more complicated than I was willing to tackle on my own. We had seen the advertisements for Tom‘s tax services over the years. And had heard nothing but positive feedback from some of our colleagues and friends about the services that they received at Tom’s establishment. His office was very professional and the staff was very cheerful and inviting. Tom is a professional through and through. His knowledge of the tax laws are obvious and apparent. My wife and I truly recommend and will continue to recommend his services to not only our colleagues at work but our friends here in the villages. I’d like to take a moment to thank him and look forward to working with him over the course of 2022 and there after.

  I went to Tom the tax guy to do my taxes this year it's my 1st year doing independent contracting I saved all my receipts everything I thought I needed to do my taxes with The girl in the front desk was really nice but when I met my tax Guy the 1st thing he did was look at me Huff and look at his watch Ask me what I wanted to do and I told him that I just needed help doing my taxes it was my 1st year doing it in a contracting he huffed again he looked at my receipts and said what do you want me to do with those I thought a tax professional was supposed to take your receipts and tally up your receipts and figure out your taxes Long story short the man was very unprofessional very unkept I think I would never advise anyone to go to Tom the tax guy the way I was treated was unprofessionally He couldn't figure out how to get my debit card to work I had to go to the bank and come back with the money to pay him because he couldn't figure out how to get a debit card to work I feel like I could do the same thing on turbotax for eay less and without the condescending attitude Henry talked to me as if I was a child and when I asked him to count my receipts he told me he wouldn't do that I didn't have to run to the bank I was at home and then I got a phone call so i came back thst night and paid i dont mine that you did a service you get paid for that no matter how bad i was treaded but for someone how jobs is to put numbers in the computer to do my taxes to mess up and not put in the right number so that you can get paid The last thing Henry said to me while I was leaving was and now you know like he taught me a lesson This is not customer service You're talking to me condescendingly and like he wanted to teach me a lesson.
