      We've worked with other mortgage companies. Some processed loans quickly and efficiently, but made us feel like we were just a file they were processing. Others were personable and wonderful about being attentive and helpful, but unable to provide a fast pre approval. Derek was able to be both attentive and give us a fast pre approval. We made our closing date seamlessly on our end and he even advocated for us when the sellers title company wasn't being responsive. Derek was great to work with!
