      Tommy was a excellent realtor. He knew all tricks to get the most out my VA loan. When i closed i got so many credits that my 300k home i ended up paying a ridiculous low closing cost and actually got money back from the seller the way tommy negotiated. All in all the housing market was hard in south florida and tommy made it easy to communicate and get a answer same day. Tommy gives 1% value of the house has one of the credits discounted at closing. I saved money with him and has navy veteran I recommend him for being knowledgeable with your va loan.
