      ATM is down way too often. I’ve used other banks and never had this issue but in the 6 months I’ve been a customer here it’s been down on 7-8 separate occasions.

      What's the point of having local banks without a lobby open? I can't use a drive through because of my back and the twisting. If I wanted online service only, there are plenty of online banks that offer better rates. Update 5/22/20 - WoodForest bank lobby is open - going there 5/26 to open an account and deposit 6 checks.
