      This bank accused my grandmother (78 years old) of forging a check from her son, and after the check was indeed validated there was no apology given to her. My grandmother has been a member of this bank since 1963. The customer service here is a joke, and they continue to make the matter worse by calling my grandmother a liar about the situation instead of making it right. I would put 0 stars if I could for how they continue to treat an old widow.
