  Tonette Pipkins provided the most professional experience I have had throughout my journey of the homebuying process. When I contacted her concerning some issues I was having closing on a home she actively listened. She gave me solid advice on the next steps I should take. I asked if she would take me on as a client and she gladly. Once she did, she assured me that my loan process was safe in her hands and that I could relax. She literally relieved me of months and months of stress. It was a pleasure working with her because her communication was consistent and she kept me well informed of where I was in the process. Tonette closed my deal in 10 days. Something another lender was failing to do for months. Her follow through was simply amazing and I have already began telling everyone I know how awesome her customer service is. She kept every promise and delivered above my expectations. She is tremendous lending agent and someone I am glad to have had in my corner.
