  Tony was exceptionally helpful in my recent purchase of a house. He was helpful in walking me through the first time homebuyer experience - explaining the current state of the mortgage market and likely trends over the next few months. His local experience and long-time history in the local market was critical in getting our offer accepted in todays market - calling the sellers agent and vouching for our financial resources. He was able to get a property inspection waiver and save us both risk and cash by not requiring an appraisal. His team was able to close in 20 days after offer acceptance and closed on time. In the competitive market of today I dont see how you can be successful in winning offers with a slower online firm or credit union. His team was prompt and competant in reaching out and addressing any 'gotcha's' or errors during the underwriting and final approval process. His expertise doesnt come cheap and he is up front about that - the rates he offers will be higher than online vendors or credit unions; you are paying for service and speed. He was able to put me in touch with several excellent realtors in his network as well as an insurance broker who offered competitive homeowners insurance pricing.
