It is important as a so called “business “ that when dealing with customers, you do not have a nonchalant attitude about a customers purchase. NEVER have I been to a store, told that I would be called when a transaction is completed, just to come back on my own a week later, just to be told I still have to wait because their “still checking the system “!!!!! My first and definitely LAST time coming to this chain of stores.
