  I randomly chose Top Dollar Pawn from Google as a possible retail outlet to buy my PlayStation 4 I had been searching for with no luck. Upon my arrival at Top Dollar Pawn, not only was I met with an immediate low-key, not invasive, greeting from the staff, who remembered me from my phone call a day or two prior to my visit. Impressive, that was. So I was given a few different options on which unit I wished to purchase. The chosen unit was then plugged in, hooked up, turned on and demonstrated, right in front of me so I was completely satisfied with the purchase I made. However, once I got home, I noticed a thing or two that I wasn't happy with. Being a refurbished item, you'll have that occasionally. Upon my returning the product to the store, I was somewhat expecting a bit of a hard time, as is usual for a pawn shop with the return of electronic items. However, to my surprise and pleasure, the staff, namely Rosalind and Misha, both made my second visit even better. They were quite friendly with me very helpful and accommodated my every need and then some. They were really cool people to deal with and I am very thankful that I've walked into Top Dollar Pawn that particular day. Again thank you Rosalind and Misha and Andrew for a very honest and Fair & Square Deal. From my past experiences, a pawn shop is not generally where you find service of this magnitude. However, I did just that.

  They have shut down because of a money laundering. I am still trying to find my xbox that I pawned. I read that you need to contact top dollar by the police station, but all the phones are off probably for this reason.

  Tried to pawn a new xbox and get close to 500. Girl behind the counter looked at me crazy,spat what she thought was facts, then offered half at most....so I went down to EZPawn and got 400$...extra star for new lights in front. Pawn better.
