  I tried to dispute many charges on my card, I was told by the fraud dept they can only see 6 months of transactions and to call the bank directly. I spoke to the manager who informed me I would have to file a new paper and complaint for all of the donations I made over the years then she changed her story after I asked her to send me the dates and paperwork and she said they could do nothing to help. This is pure laziness. They do not care at all about their clients. HORRIBLE BANK DO NOT BANK HERE!? Note: Despite their reply they will NOT assist me with the fraud, never have. They also provide false statements and lost checks that were not credited to our business account they also want to charge me $5 per statement for records they have fudged. Horrible management.

  I have been banking with this bank for the past five years but today was a bad experience for the reason only known to the banker. I applied for a car loan $18,000 and I was willing to put down at least $7,000 and finance the remaining $11,000 my application was declined for a late payments in one of my credit card for December and January which was not my fault but the fault of the financial institution. To avoid that misunderstanding once I got that late payment alert I went and set off the whole balance of $8000, because I know how important my credit is. Over five years I have over eleven accounts never made a late payment on my credit file, I just don't get it how can someone denied me with those records and with a credit score of 702. I one time got a car loan from this bank and all was paid on time, personal loan was all paid on time. I feel like something is not right . Something is not right in this system.
