  John Shields is the guy you want to work with. Seriously we had atleast a million questions and John was always very patient and responsive with answering every single question we had. He always went out of his way for us and made us feel very comfortable with purchasing our first home. First time home buying is a stressful process, but John made it feel like a breeze.

  From the very begining, Carrie was filled with positive energy and excitement. Being a first time home owner, I had a ton of questions and she always helped guide me and informed me of what would be in my best interest. She works miracles. Not sure how, but she and the team at total mortgage were able to extend me financing well above other companies and banks. Not only did this allow me to make a strong offer that stood out above the others, but this got me into the house that my family dreamed of and that I knew i could afford. The entire process was smooth and just about as stress free as possible. Her energy and excitement for my family and I kept us motivated and confident, even in this challenging market.
