      Drive thru was far from where I live and after driving 1.5 hours in traffic, Issac was warm, welcoming, and very helpful

      I have been a customer for years. However, I’m considering removing all of my assets from this bank. I opened an Estate account with them, and they lost my check for the account and then charged ME fees for the mistake. Today, I made them aware of a problem with my Debit card. I was told basically that it wasn’t their problem, and treated like I was being irrational. Not something I want to keep putting up with. I do NOT recommend them.

      The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful! We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist and immediately seen by a professional! He took great care of us and made the process to get a car loan and new account extremely quick and pleasent even!! We'll definitely be going back! :) Thank you for such a great experience!!
