      I have had no problems or issues with this loan company. The key is to make your payments EVERY MONTH and ON TIME. I received a 0% interest loan from them for my Ashley's furniture and I have made all my payments as agreed and no problems. Always nice and friendly when I go in to make a payment. I'm sure if I were behind on my payments they wouldn't be so friendly but just do like I said above and everything will be ok

      This establishment is a joke, the customer service is just awful, called about help during this pandemic and they were no help at all.........just rude, rude, rude but never again will I deal with tower loan due to the way I was treated this morning.......so please do not deal with these idiots
