      Absolutely đź’Ż percent best customer service hands down! And I don't just mean "a couple of people" THE ENTIRE TEAM @ The Ballwin Location is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Customers of Tower Loan are treated with dignity and respect. It's a truly comforting feeling to be recognized by your voice! Tower was recommended to me in 2020 during a furniture purchase. And I am so greatful. An A-1 establishment from day one. I for sure know that I'm going to continue to have a prosperous relationship with Tower Loan and I certainly would recommend Tower Loan to anyone for their financial needs as well.

      Beware of doing business with them -- if you are 30 days late, they show up to your house unannounced and tape letters to your door. Understand it's my responsibility to be on time, but understand that it is their responsibility to send notifications through official channels and NOT show up at your home like you took a loan out from a kingpin on the street. Also, they are incahoots with Ashley Furniture. Their salesmen refer you to this under the table organization even if you are approved for something with more favorable terms. They play the word game "no interest" best deal. We were lied to about so many things with them. Avoid at all costs unless you are desperate (which we were not, we were mislead).

      I like the convenience of them sending you a check you can deposit if you want a loan. I wish they had an email for correspondence. I work 12 hours overnight and sleep during the day. I would prefer that they sent emails when they want to correspond with me instead of calling me during the day and waking me up. Also having to pay a $2.95 fee to pay online seems excessive.
