      I have been to two Tower loans and the one in Phenix City did a great job with customer service. They greet me every time I come in to pay on my girlfriend's account. They were friendly, down to earth, and professional at the same time. The manager stay smiling and willing to answer any questions I asked. Even though I did not get approved for the loan she made me feel like it was ok to try again another time when I got my credit right. And the staff always knew how to make people smile. If there is any person on here that did not like how this store is ran then they didn't pay the money back or didn't like when someone they borrowed money from call them about getting the money paid back. The End

      LACK OF CORRECT INFORMATION.. Was told I was signed up for direct deposit (since I cashed the check into my account) so that my payments would b paid on time..I received a “COURTESY” call SEVERAL DAYS LATER to inform me of my “late fee” and that I WASNT signed up for anything… THE SET UP.. smh.. defeats the/my purpose for this loan

      OMG what have i gotten myself into. This loan i was doine in 12/2019 and its still just as high as if i just got it. She tried explaining it to me but it just was not making any sense. I'm gonna try and contact a customer on here to see what did he find. He say its a scam. Ugggh
