  I wouldn’t give them any stars but I have to. This is The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I got stuck with them after My loan was sold to them from American thrift. I never dealt with any of this with them. They call my phone all day while I’m at work. Being very rude. I ended up having to block them. It was getting very exhausting being harassed by them all day. I’ve never missed a payment they shouldn’t be able to do that to people. They start calling a week before your payment is due to remind you it’s due and then if you’re a day late they’ll start calling multiple times a day. They call your references as well. When you don’t tell them what they want to hear they hang up on you and have someone else call back a little while later. They also tried lying saying I missed a payment a year ago. I emailed them my statement showing that I made all of my payments.it wasn’t good enough. I’ll definitely be sending it to better business bureau along with my phone records with all of the phone calls. Text messages and voicemails.

  Lost job in august due my dad having cancer and needs rides back and forth won’t help me at all in payment arrangements all she keeps saying is she will file a law suit if I can’t pay why do they tell u they wanna help and they don’t wanna help you at all keeps calling multiple times a day and sent someone out to my house the branch manager is very rude saying they wanna help but don’t wanna here ur situation This is the Kenner la location
