  My issue with tower loan was with a contract cancellation of insurance after I made many attempts to resolve the failure of submitting the process to cancel insurance, within a week, the management fail to honor that process, even after I was told that the person who took the signed documents, had quit and fail to prices request in time, so my next question was, how are you going to resolve the issue? I was told that they would ccgeck into it, after two months now and many calls to get an answer. It is still not resolved.

  This is a disgusting company especially the Monroe branch. Lori specifically treats everyone beneath her, after being fired her self you would think she would have more compassion but the opposite seems to be true , it was her ruthlessness that had the company bring her back in and she can turn it up quickly. All her claims of being a Christian are sad, especially considering the way she treats employees and customers, forcing employees to sue elderly customers they were given loans they could never pay back to begin with. Even amidst the death of a customers spouse Lori tells her managers to take everything from them, even while grieving. It’s mine blowing that someone so cold in calculated exist. Enter agreements with this company at your own risk but know that they are safer alternate places you can go to get loans places like regions bank places that will work with you and help you the customers to be successful this place is just predatory lending and Lori Winters is the big bad wolf!
