  This is the last place you will ever want to deal with for a loan. My wife and I were proposed this so called awesome deal of a loan with 0% interest at a furniture store and it was not made clear the life of the loan and the terms of 0% were not the same. It was also told that the payments would be set up to pay out in full before any penalties would come due. We never would receive a statement of any type showing what we owed and had to learn the hard way that the reason for this is because we never asked to be signed up for emailed statements. So after the first six months my of my wife calling and making the payments on time, a new person started handling the account and did not follow through with what the original person had us set up to do. At the end of 24 months of no interest, an additional 24 month of interest was added to the bill at a 20 something percent rate. If this is so called a professional business you would think that would have been offered to us but instead we are told that because we always made the payment over the phone and never actually went in to the place of business this was never offered. Then I was told that they could not be held responsible for things that were not clearly explained because the person who handled our account poorly doesn’t work there anymore. I am a business owner myself and if my employee handled someone is this non professional way, then my business would be held responsible not the employee who quit months ago. All in all, I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I should have never financed this in the beginning because it’s not what we wanted to do. When we were told we could just finance it for same as cash no interest, it seemed to be the smart thing to do. Please do fall victim to this set up.

  after incident today with new manager 0 stars would be more appropriate
