      I am a retailer that uses Tower Loan for my financial services. I will admit I'm not the most tech save person and have had several issues faxing in applications and even had the district manager call me a few times about my issues with contracts. We have FINALLY got a manager at the Starkville Branch that REALLY cares about doing a GREAT job there. Chad Smith gave me more insight in 15 minutes than anybody in the past there has since I have been a dealer. Chad actually sat down and went through how to actually send the application online instead of using a fax machine. Starkville Branch of Tower finally got a good one with Chad Smith!
