      I been with Town and Country since 2011 always friendly people and service I do wish they had Saturday hours though

      Thanks for the kind words about our staff. We do have phone hours as well as mobile check deposits available on Saturday. We also offer extended hours during the week, and, of course, our ATMs and mobile and online banking are available 24/7. Town & Country was also an early participant in the Shared Branching network allowing our members to use other credit unions when our branches are closed or not nearby. We work hard to try to offer many options that allow our members to bank anytime, anywhere. We will also have someone reach out to you to see if we can provide further assistance. Hope this helps.       What happenned to this place. Have had T+C for 19 years, love it. Always refer people, always treated great. Always rave about it. Went into Forest Ave branch today for the first time in a year. Was treated like a 3rd world citizen. All new people. Couldnt answer anything. Loan lady sitting at the desk but wouldnt answer 2 questions unless I made an appointment for 2 days from now. Short girl with glasses only knew how to say "I'm not sure" and "Maybe" and "you can try calling around other branches to ask". This branch must be under poor management now. Ill try other branch. Its a shame, blemish on perfect record.
