      I wanted to share my experience with Sara at Town and Country Realty in Sandersville, GA. We bought a house remotely. We were in Texas throughout the entire process. Sara and the entire Town and Country team were great! All my questions were answered, and there were many! Some questions weren't necessary, I am sure, but knowing the answers made my wife and me feel better. Sara, and the entire team did their best to help. They are a family run, multi generational, operation with long history in the area. In addition to helping with the house, bid, closing, etc., Sara has talked with me extensively throughout our many conversations, about Georgia, the county, and the city and surrounding towns. We've covered restaurants, businesses, and local customs, culture, and history. She is a former teacher and it shows. She made it her mission to ensure that we understood and were comfortable with the new state and area that we were going to call home. She helped us with utilities, secured packages that arrived before we did, and created a beautiful welcome home arrangement that we found when we arrived. Even after everything had settled, all the checks had cleared, and we had moved in, I dropped by the office to finally meet them in person for the first time. They were wonderful, warm, and gracious! Every area has its own customs and manner of doing things. I have to say that it was wonderful to have Sara and the folks at Town and Country to guide us along the way. Thank you Sara and Town and Country.
