      Town Bank will not allow you to roll over an IRA CD at maturity into one of their "Blue Light" specials. They say it has to be new money. As a result, I've pulled $200K+ and invested it at another Lake Geneva Bank. After doing so, I get a call from their management asking why I pulled my funds.
