      I opened an account here and only had it a week! The lady, Nicole, at the front entrance (THAT SHOULD GREET AND HELP) was rude, the lady I opened my account with was rude, and I closed my account after 2 bad visits. This credit union was the worst I have ever been to. I emailed corporate and got no response so I was reassured it's not just 2 rude employees.... It's the company! This credit union doesn't work with other credit unions. We are paying for wire transfers, No thanks! My bank and MOST other banks do that as a FREE service.

      I've always had issues with your branches. Your latest system upgrade is the last straw for me. Disabled online and mobile banking all weekend and the 800 number won't go through when I need help. I found a different number for your help line and went from 2nd in line, to 1st, to 7th. Can't wait to bank somewhere else.
