      I am helping a friend clean out her deceased mom's house and we found all kinds of jewelry..most of it costume but some is real..the lady looked at every piece and said nope not real.. I asked are you sure so she took it in the back and said she put the magnet on it and came back and said not real..flat out lie..got in the car where I could actually look at them better and the few pieces we took half were 14 kt...she ended up getting 100 bucks for those few pieces at 9th Street Pawn and they told her just to bring it all in and they will check it for her no issues ...have no clue why lie about it when she was just selling for scrap ...The customer service here is awful..
