  I chose this bank because I wanted to provide back and support the community. It is a new branch and I was excited to be part of something new. I even open my sons first saving account even with all it issues. There is also no management on-site according to a young bank teller at the front counter. Very difficult bank to work with. Hard to access your money and no real modern technology to keep up with today’s business world. Going to the branch will cost you hours in your business day. The employees are nice but not very efficient with their own software and programs. Online access is very limited. Don’t expect to be able to do business from your phone and you will be locked out very often. This bank and branch are operating like a 90s era brick and mortar bank. It is also has a very frustrating activation system for your online access. It actually took over two weeks and I had to go into the branch which took over 2 hours. In the process of finding a new bank, more time wasted!!

  It is very difficult to pay my car note because there is no online servicing or phone customer service. Therefore I drive to a branch every month to pay. Ive been to multiple locations but mainly this one. Now the teller is saying I can no longer pay through drive through because I must enter in my pin number. Ive been inside and not required the pin so confused on this new policy. Overall I am frustrated with the continuous obstacles to make a payment. Will be looking to leave this bank soon.
