      My previous tax accountant retired and recommended that I use TAM to handle my business taxes. TAM was almost non-communicative, until we were one day before the deadline for filing my taxes, when they contacted me and made ME apply for an extension (no explanation for why they were late). I needed paperwork from the business to file my personal taxes, and it turns out they find it "physically impossible" to provide it before April 15. "Physically impossible?" Are they bound and gagged in a basement? They were unresponsive to email and unrepentant when I called them on their negligence. Hire them if you want tardy, uncommunicative, and unresponsive service.
