This was the worst place that i have ever worked at. The office work environment is hostile. Judi and Doris both yell, scream, cuss and throw things. They talk very poorly and bad about most of the real estate agents in Gillette and also past employees. They forge peoples signitures and also do lots of cutting and pasting of signitures. They do so many illegal activities in this office. Judi also drinks while on the job. She has a bottle of whiskey in her bottom desk drawer and also a bottle of tequila in the fridge.

I am at higher risk for complications of COVID-19, so I requested that the people helping us to wear a mask. I had to remind the person we closed with (Anna) three times to cover her face - her mask kept falling down. There is a lot of talking during closings. She was sitting three feet away from me. This situation was unsafe for me, and hazardous to my family. Anna wasn't friendly at all. She seemed stressed, and made little eye contact with us, and rushed through the paperwork. This made for a pretty tense time for us. We weren't sure what was up. This, combined with the mask thing, made my overall experience a bad one. I have no reason to believe our paperwork wasn't prepared professionally, so if you use Townsquare you will probably be satisfied; however, I like businesses that make the effort to be courteous to their clients, and respect their concerns during this global pandemic. Townsquare fell short of this. Edit: The owner followed up with me to make things right which I appreciated.
