  Go elsewhere. Towpath will jump the gun and charge overdraft fees for overdrafts that never happened, and then lock up your payroll check from a new job for 10+ days because your 2+ year old account is "newer". A fine bank for retirees or the independently wealthy, but not if you have to work for your money. Edit: 25 minutes on the phone and they realized that even though I don't have a LOT of money in the account or make a lot, I'm responsible and it was unreasonable to hold it for that length of time. So I'll be in to close my account at the first opportunity, anyway. Don't mess with working people's money.
