  First time since purchasing my vehicle at T of Rockwall to take my vehicle to Toyota of Rockwall for routine maintenance. Scheduled a time, got in right on time. Service advisor Stefanie Sanchez was friendly and knowledgeable. Impressed with auto status report printed out. Everything was good.

  2nd car I have purchased from this dealer and they are not the car lot they had back then. This time it was one step up from a BUY HERE PAY HERE lot. Saw a car on line the add said 6.9% and before I left was told that was for people who had a credit score at least 650 or above. Said according there Car Rating score I was below. So went home to check my credit score and I was at 650 according to all 3 credit bureaus. This is a line they use to get you in a Higher Finance rate to get more money out of you. Then my car I purchased had a few little scratches so I wanted to get them fixed. Took almost a week and 4 phone calls to get any help so I showed up at the dealership and the lady up front as you walk in went and got me the number for the Paint and Body person. (She was very helpful.) This dealership has lost its TOUCH since my 1st purchase back in 2012. Sorry to say because I had a lot of respect and bragged on my experience about that time but when my wife and daughter purchase a vehicle will seek out a different dealer from here on.

  We bought a Platinum Highlander (highest trim package with every available add on) vehicle from this dealership. Advertised as the Platinum edition, it was supposed to include the digital rear view camera. Unbeknownst to us this was removed prior to delivery, and was a feature that was a requirement for purchasing the vehicle. I have been working with two separate employees to try and get the camera added on post-delivery. Before picking up the vehicle the communications were quick to respond. After purchase it's very slow to get a response or feedback of any kind. All I want is to get the digital rear view camera added to our highlander as it was advertised as such, both online and during walk arounds of models. We're hoping for the best and for a happy turnaround. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Response to owner: Thank you very much for the response.
