  We were considering the process of refinancing a second home loan. We weren't in need of a realtor for the refinancing, but was referred to Tracy Walden of Great Western Loans through a realtor. We reached out to Tracy and an immediate response was provided. Tracy first called and reached back out to us, asking about our specifics, and the rest of the refinancing process was from the comfort of our home, literally! Living in a remote area, away from their offices, it was a relief to know the application process could all be done electronically, communicating through email, all the way down to sending a notary to our location for the final signing of all of the documents. Each of Tracy's staff was very knowledgeable of each step of the process as well. Communication was constant and we were never left with "what next". We highly recommend Tracy Walden, with Great Western Loans for your financing or refinancing needs. Thanks so much Tracy and Staff!!

  Tracy is wonderful to work with! She described every possible loan patiently and told us which our best option would be . She was very responsive , and made the process so easy for us. She loves what her job is and genuinely cares about the clients she serves. We are so thankful to know her!

  Tracy was a superstar in our home buying process! Even well before we were ready to start looking, Tracy was there to help walk us through what to expect and guide us through the entire way. She always took the time to carefully explain all the documents that were sent our way. When we had concerns about some contract language, she not only listened but did additional research to present us with alternatives. I would highly recommend Tracy and would not hesitate to use her again for our next purchase!
