      They're very polite, and willing to work with you to help you out when your in a very tight spot. I've been dealing with them for a very long time now and not ever had any problem dealing with them. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

      Rude and terrible customer service. Walked in to try and pawn something. The short lady yelled across the whole store if he (I assume the manager) wanted to accept what I was pawning and he rudely yelled back “NO!” Very unprofessional. As I was leaving the store, another customer who was also leaving looked at me and said “they’re so rude!” I will never again try to do business here. I always go to El Paseo but they were overstocked. Lesson learned.👎🏽👎🏽

      They sold us a gun. Told us it was a 16gauge when it was a 12 gauge. Their customer service was ok but they need training on guns. Went in there again and one guy was going to sell me a gun but another guy came up and say no. Was not even able to start the application. He just stated no.
