      As soon as you walk into the bank you are greeted by name. The customer service from the tellers and bank personnel is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and it never takes long to have your questions answered or when you are doing business transactions.

      This is the only bank I know that charges you a $38 bounced check fee, even if your money is in the account to cover the check. Last month I wrote an online check on the 24th around 10 PM at night, put money in my account the next morning on the 25 th around 10 am, and they paid the check on the 26th. Still they charged me a $38 fee. WTF. It's time to find a bank that does not srew u every chance they get. DO NOT BANK HERE. Members 1st does not do this BS charge. Neither does Peoples bank. They r crooks and someone should sue them.
