  Every single experience I have had with this company has been amazing!! When I was struggling to make payments on my car loan they helped me out so much! The people that work there are always so kind and willing to help.

  A couple of years ago I used Traditions to get my truck. With that said, last year we made a double payment to get current due to accidentally missing a payment. We received a receipt for the double payment bringing myself current on the loan. However, it didn't process both payments leaving me behind a month totally unaware even though we had received receipts for both payments to become current, and I continued to make payments every month for 8 MONTHS. For 8 months they never once made us aware of the fact we weren't current on our loan. Last month came, and they repo'd the truck out of nowhere also damaging my gooseneck trailer in the process. When asked to have a chance to get my equipment and tools out of the toolbox, and my truck, Hannah refused to give me info at first resulting in rudely hanging up on me multiple times. Finally after the third attempt she finally told me when I could come retrieve my stuff. When myself and three others went to get all the tools and equipment out of the truck we had a loose toolbox I had purchased sitting in the bed completely un attached. They refused to let me get my property and locked myself and the others helping me in the fence at their repo lot. Tim Compton came out like normal rude and disrespectful as he has always been. By the end of it I had to literally get on the phone with the cops in order to get them to open the gate allowing us off the property with all of our stuff. This is the second bad run in I have had with Tim Compton. The first time he was upset because I wasn't willing to take his business advice due to he is a total know it all! Anyways, Tim stormed out of the meeting room the first time, and raised his voice to me in front of the whole bank. Then ran upstairs. Needless to say I immediately canceled my accounts there. Super happy I didn't purchase my home through this bank. I WISH I had refinanced my truck elsewhere. This is not the bank to use if you expect to be taken care of with integrity and respect.
