      The main branch is within minutes from my home, yet I will travel to this location for any of my banking needs. I would like to thank Becky for treating us as human beings that have endured hardships through this pandemic. Just from her personalized sentiment of sending us a letter about our inquiry when I missed her phone call speaks volumes. Thank you for the assistance, and making our experience a pleasant one.       Well up untill 2 weeks ago they was great a costumers bank froze a check and they called they wouldn't help or even tell me what I needed to do but long story short I got it fixed the costumer wrote a new check still don't know what happened but today they won't help at all I got a check costumer is next to me telling them to check his account he has the funds well they won't cash it 300k goes through my account every year
