TrailWest tellers are awesome! They are professional and if you have a banking issue they always do their job and ensure they get your money into your account. The bankers, they are no good and don’t care about the little guy struggling at all it seems to me they are very clicky and the good ol’ boy system is very much in full swing still, here in the Flathead. TrailWest as a corporation is slow to get their systems going to ensure your money is quick to release, or they trust you will pay your overdraft back right away. For six years I ran personal banking and two business’ through their bank. Hundreds of thousands of dollars. Every time I over drafted which wasn’t much, it would cycle and they covered until I paid it back. I dont know what happened but all the sudden after six years they charge off my accounts? Then they make me pay it before I bank anywhere else with the Fed.? I gave them chance after chance to redeem themselves after six years I said screw this and went elsewhere!
