Made a phone call to check on a issue i was having. In the middle of explaining the gal hung up on me in the middle of talking. Not happy. Update: i dont think 12 hours passed and they resolved the situation. Updating review to reflect the changes from a 2 star.

If I could give more stars I would. TrailsWest Bank is the best! They are so personable, kind and fast to get things done. I have to make a personal shout out to Kim and Ben. They did an amazing job helping us buy our dream home. They are very hardworking, their communication is on the ball and they are so knowledgeable.
