  I have primarily been using an online bank for years but decided to stay relying on TrailWest more frequently because I wanted to deal with actual human beings. The staff at the Broadway branch have been a pleasure to work with. They have followed up on my requests for assistance and have always been extremely helpful. My online bank is very impersonal and any unusual requests get shuttled from one person to another. It's nice to walk into TrailWest and get things done in one visit.

  Multiple horrible experiences. I called first to ask what was needed. tried at two different branches to open an account. Kept getting the runaround and different answers.

  Normally I receive great service here but this saturday, 9/29 o had the worst teller in the drive thru. My mother and I pulled up to their window to cash a check. All the lady said, very rudely, was "do you have an account here." She asked for some id, took forever to cash a check, never said hello, didn't ask what demoniations we wanted for our cash. Her only other words were have a good day.
